Pluvio restaurant is a unique experience celebrating the best local products and natural elements of Ucluelet, Tofino and Vancouver Island. Chef Warren Barr offers creative and inspired cuisine, served by Lily Verney-Downey and the Pluvio team. The small restaurant and open kitchen allow for personal and refined service in an environment inspired by our surroundings.
Chef Warren Barr and the Pluvio kitchen team draw their inspiration from abundant seasonal and wild ingredients foraged from the local forests and coastline. The modern Canadian cuisine is complimented by creative cocktails and infusions made in-house. The wine list is carefully curated by our Sommelier Chloe Gravel to compliment Pluvio’s menu and regularly changes to showcase wines made by small producers from BC and the rest of the world.
Pluvio restaurant is open daily for dinner and offers a three-course dinner with a choice of beginning + middle + end or the Chef’s Tasting Menu with optional wine pairings. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, shellfish free and nut free options are always available. Pluvio rooms comprise our four-room boutique hotel located behind the restaurant, beside our kitchen garden. Come for dinner, spend the night, and enjoy a lazy morning with breakfast in your room.
